§ 95.01 BLOCKING ENTRANCES OR EXITS TO PARKING AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful to intentionally block entrances or exits to any parking area adjacent to any business building in any manner, unless by direction of the owner or manager of the public, business or church building, whereby doing so causes any difficulty in entering or exiting the premises, adjacent drive or parking area, except for the purpose of repairs by municipal authorities or private contractors engaged by the owners.
