§ 93.06 LEAVING CELLAR DOORS OR UNDERGROUND ACCESSES OPEN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or leave open any cellar door, or grating of any vault or underground access on any street or sidewalk, or to allow the same left or kept open, or allow any sidewalk in front of his, or her or its premises to become or continue in such condition so as to endanger life or limb.
