(A) Proof of insurance acceptable of the city shall be a condition of permit issuance.
(B) Depending upon the complexity of a project and location of utilities, bonding may also be required.
(C) A further issuance shall be the indemnification of the city against bodily injury and property damage and obligation to defend the city and hold harmless the city for claims arising from or related to the work permitted within city right-of- ways.
