A permit fee of $100 per cut shall be charged to an applicant seeking a permit. An applicant desiring the cut(s) shall be responsible for the work performed within the city street or alley right-of-way and shall perform the work and repair the cut surface in a manner and at such times as approved by the Building Department. Damage to city property or other utilities located within the city right-of-way shall be properly repaired by the applicant, at the applicant’s expense.
