§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $25, nor more than $500.
   (B)   Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 90.06 through 90.09 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100.The court in its discretion, however, upon the conviction of any person for violating or failing to comply with the provisions of these sections, may order any dog running at large or causing annoyance as described herein turned over to the humane officer or person designated by the Board of Public Works and Safety to be destroyed in a humane manner. When any violation of these sections has been called to the attention of the violator by any law enforcement officer, each day’s continuance of the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 90.21 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a fine not to exceed $100. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
