§ 32.076 CREATION OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   In order to further such interests of the city and its citizens, the Common Council hereby establishes the Department of Redevelopment of the city.
   (B)   The Department shall be controlled by a Board of five members known as the “City Redevelopment Commission”.
