   The parking spaces described below are designated as reserved parking - handicapped only. When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this traffic code are erected no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than those vehicles displaying official state handicapped license plates or window placards, or displaying official handicapped identification issued by another state.
