§ 71.16 RESTRICTED TURNS ON RED AT SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS.
   The intersections described by the city shall restrict turns on red at signalized intersections. When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this traffic code are erected that no turn on red may be made at signalized intersections, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the sign.
