§ 53.109 REMOVAL OF METER.
   The Water Department shall have the right to take out and remove any water meter for the purpose of inspecting, repairing or testing the same; and, in such cases, suitable provisions shall be made by the Water Department for the necessary supply during the removal of the meter.
