All service pipes from the curb box to the basement or meter which have heretofore been installed with galvanized iron pipe and which have become leaky shall not be repaired with galvanized iron pipe, but the same shall be replaced with copper or 200 psi C.T. Poly as hereinbefore specified for new services.
