§ 53.032 PREREQUISITES FOR INSTALLATION OF TAPS.
   (A)   Taps will not be installed until platting has been approved, rough grading has been completed, and sidewalks and curbs have been located.
   (B)   If pavement is to be placed where a main or taps are to be installed, then the developer shall be responsible for such installation at the developer’s cost.
