§ 53.030 INSTALLATION OF SERVICE PIPE.
   (A)   A new service pipe between the distribution main and a building shall be run in a straight line, whenever it is practicable and possible, without bends and at a depth of not less than four feet.
   (B)   No pipe having joints shall be driven.
