The utility reserves the right to locate the point at which the service connection will be made, and to furnish and run service pipe from the main to the curb line, inside line of sidewalk or customer’s property line, whichever, in the judgment of the utility, will provide the safest, most convenient and most satisfactory location for the curb stop and service box.
