Swimming pools shall be filled with customer’s regular service. No pools shall be filled through the direct use of a fire hydrant. Use of a fire hydrant for purposes other than fire suppression shall be prohibited unless permitted by the utility and unless the customer pays the permit fee and meter service at the schedule rates.
