The Public Art Commission projects, programs and operating expenses shall be funded from the City of Decatur general fund, grants, donations, fees and admission charges. The Chair shall be responsible, with advisement from the Commission, for submitting the annual operating budget of the Public Art Commission to the Mayor and Common Council. The proposed budget shall be subject to modification and approval by the Common Council as required by Indiana law.
