12.16.020: CITY TO NOTIFY OWNER OF FAILURE TO REMOVE:
It shall be the duty of the Municipality to notify any owner, tenant or occupant of property described in section 12.16.010 of this chapter to remove or otherwise correct the objectionable matter legislated against in section 12.16.010 of this chapter, which notice shall be sent by registered mail to the last known address of such owner, tenant or occupant, notifying him that he has a period of twenty four (24) hours from and after receipt of such notice, within which to correct or otherwise remove the objections set forth in the notice.
