12.16.010: ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNER TO REMOVE SNOW AND ICE ON SIDEWALK:
The owner, tenant or occupant of any premises, within the Municipality, abutting or adjoining any public sidewalk shall remove all snow and ice from any such sidewalk. (Ord. 237 § 1, 1980)
