Dearborn County, as the sponsoring county, has previously entered into agreements with Ohio and Switzerland counties to combine and form Southeast Regional Community Corrections as permitted by I.C. 11-12-2. Pursuant to I.C. 1 l-12-2-2(d), the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board must contain the representation prescribed in § 39.15, above, but the members may come from the participating counties as determined by agreement of the Boards of Commissioners of the participating counties.
