§ 39.15 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD.
   The Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board is established by I.C. 11-12-2-2 and under this statute consists of the following individuals:
   (A)   The Dearborn County Sheriff or the Sheriff’s designee;
   (B)   The Dearborn and Ohio County Prosecuting Attorney or the Prosecuting Attorney’s designee;
   (C)   The Director of the Dearborn County Department of Child Services office or the Director’s designee;
   (D)   The executive of the most populous municipality in the participating counties or the executive’s designee. As of the 2010 census, this position would be the Mayor of the City of Lawrenceburg or the Mayor’s designee;
   (E)   The Judge of the Dearborn Superior Court No. I;
   (F)   The Judge of the Dearborn Superior Court II;
   (G)   The Judge of the Dearborn and Ohio Circuit Courts;
   (H)   One public defender or the public defender’s designee, if available, or one attorney with a substantial criminal defense practice appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners;
   (I)   One victim, or victim advocate, appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners;
   (J)   One ex-offender, if available, appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners;
   (K)   One member of the Dearborn County Council;
   (L)   One probation officer appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners;
   (M)   One educational administrator appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners;
   (N)   One mental health administrator, or, if there is none available in Dearborn County, one psychiatrist, psychologist, or physician appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners; and
   (O)   Four lay persons, at least one of whom must be a member of a minority race, appointed by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners.
   (P)   The Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board may, through its by-laws, appoint additional non-voting community consultants to the Advisory Board annually to assure appropriate representation from each of the participating counties.
