§ 110.27 INSPECTIONS OF TEMPORARY RETAIL FOOD STORES.
   (A)   The Health Officer shall inspect each temporary retail food store for which a permit is required under the provisions of this subchapter as often as deemed necessary by said Health Officer.
   (B)   If during the inspection of any temporary retail food store, the Health Officer discovers any violation of § 110.23, he shall order the correction of such violation. The manager must immediately correct such violation or relinquish his permit and cease operation of the establishment.
