§ 110.23 STATE BOARD OF HEALTH REQUIREMENTS; COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   The following minimum requirements shall apply to retail food store establishments: All retail food stores, mobile food stores, or temporary retail food stores shall comply with the minimum sanitation requirements specified by the Indiana State Board of Health as now provided in Retail Food Store Sanitation Requirements 410 IAC 7-16.1, or as the same may be hereafter changed or amended. Such regulation and any changes and amendments thereto, which may be hereafter adopted or promulgated, are by reference incorporated herein and made part of, two copies of which are on file in the office of the County Auditor, Lawrenceburg, Indiana, for public inspection.
   (B)   All retail food stores and mobile retail food stores which are hereafter constructed or altered shall conform with the applicable requirements set forth in division (A) above. Properly prepared plans and specifications shall be submitted to and approved by the Health Officer as may be required before commencement of any construction work.
