§ 50.57 APPLICATION OF WASTES FROM OUTSIDE THE COUNTY PROHIBITED.

Any biosolid waste product produced or generated outside of the county shall not be applied, marketed or distributed to any land within the county, including, but not limited to, any biosolid waste originating outside the county that is added to waste at a facility within the county, so that such resulting biosolid waste product shall not be applied within the county.
