An inspection of the entire site shall be made by the Health Officer at the completion of the landfill project to determine compliance with approved plans and specifications before the earth moving equipment is removed from the site. Any necessary corrective work shall be performed before the landfill project is accepted as completed. The permit holder shall be responsible for the repair of all cracked, eroded, and uneven areas in the final cover during the first two years following completion of the landfill.
