§ 50.04 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.

(B) It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney, to whom the County Health Officer shall report any violations of the provisions of this chapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating the provisions of this chapter and to prosecute to final termination.
