(A) Establishment. This section establishes the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District; to authorize it to organize in accordance with I.C. 13-21-3; and to authorize it to perform all the functions directed by said law, as it is now promulgated or as the same may hereafter be modified by judicial decision or legislative amendment.
(B) Title. This section, and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory hereto, shall be known as the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District Ordinance, and may be cited as such.
(C) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to provide for the establishment of the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District in accordance with Indiana Code.
(D) Territory. All of the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the county shall be included in the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District.
(E) The Dearborn County Auditor is hereby authorized to make continuous distributions of the County Option Income Tax Funds to the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District.
