§ 34.15 INSTALLATION OF NEW STREET LIGHTING SYSTEMS.

Installation of new street lighting systems for which the city plans to assess benefitted properties shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures set forth in applicable sections of M.S. Ch. 429, as it may be amended from time to time.
