§ 150.11 SIDING OR WINDOW REPLACEMENT PERMITS.
   (A)   Permits required. Siding or window replacement permits are required prior to the replacement of siding or windows within the city.
   (B)   Fees. The fees for siding or window replacement permits shall be set by Council resolution. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this Code in accordance with M.S. § 326B.148, as it may be amended from time to time.
