§ 150.10 FENCE PERMITS.
   (A)   Permits required. Fence permits are required prior to the erection of any fence within the city.
   (B)   Fees. The fees for fence permits shall be set by Council resolution. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this Code in accordance with M.S. § 326B.148, as it may be amended from time to time.
