The Uniform State Building Code as is established by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction of the State of Kentucky, is hereby adopted in full, and the same shall have the effect as if it were written fully herein, as a minimum standard for the construction, alteration and repair of any electrical wiring done within the effective area of this subchapter. These standards shall also be used by the electrical inspector in making his or her inspections.
