Fishers, hunters and other persons using Lake Beshear shall have the right to use and cross the 50-foot easement, but they shall have no right to use any private facilities which are constructed and erected by owners of private property adjacent thereto, nor shall they have any right to use any facilities thereon which are constructed and erected pursuant to the provisions of § 95.08 of this chapter, without properly renting the same from the owners of the commercial enterprise thereon.
