The following regulations will apply to the 50-foot easement surrounding Lake Beshear.
(A) There will be no littering of the 50-foot easement and lake.
(B) No walks, ramps, steps and docks other than those erected by commercial enterprises provided for in § 95.08 of this chapter will be constructed on the 50-foot easement unless private land is owned adjacent to the lake, and such improvements can then only be constructed by the owners of the adjacent land and under the provisions of this section.
(C) There shall be no camping, loitering, picnicking, drinking or any other activity that would interfere with the public use for which the 50-foot easement was intended.
