A. Subject To Code And Applicable Law: Every license shall be granted subject to all of the conditions of this code, and of any other applicable county, state or federal law.
B. Posting Of License: All licensed premises shall have the license posted in a conspicuous place at all times.
C. Minors: No minor shall be permitted on the licensed premises.
D. Right Of Entry: Any designated inspection officer of the city shall have the unqualified right to enter and inspect all public areas of the premises of a licensee during regular business hours.
E. Responsibility For Conduct: Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of his place of business and shall maintain conditions of order. (Ord. 227, 5-6-1997)
