ORDINANCE ADOPTING CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF DAWSON

The city of Dawson adopts the provisions of the city code of Dawson, Minnesota, 2005. The provisions of this code shall be held to be minimum requirements and shall be liberally construed in favor of the governing body and shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other powers granted by state statutes. The 2005 city code is adopted for the orderly administration of city affairs, for the purpose of protecting public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience and general welfare, protecting and preserving resources, promoting orderly development within the city,
