3-9-6: PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE:
No license shall be granted to or held by any person:
   A.   Age: Under twenty one (21) years of age;
   B.   Felony Conviction: Who has been convicted of a felony or of violating any law of this state or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or adult uses;
   C.   Proprietor: Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. (Ord. 227, 5-6-1997)
