3-9-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall operate a sexually oriented business classified as "adult use-principal" defined in section 11-2-4 of this code and "adult uses-accessory" defined in section 11-2-5 of this code without having first secured a license as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 227, 5-6-1997)
