A. Condition Of Premises: The licensee shall keep the premises in a clean, quiet, orderly and sanitary condition. (1982 Code § 8.598)
B. Location: No kennel may be located except in a commercial district under subsection 11-1-2C2 of this code, or in an industrial district under subsection 11-1-2D of this code. (Ord. 284, 6-1-2010)
C. Compliance Required: The licensee shall obey all requirements imposed by law, regulation and this code.
D. Other Licenses Or Permits: The issuance of a kennel license shall not relieve any licensee of obtaining any other license or permit which may be required by law or by any other part of this code. (1982 Code § 8.598)
E. Rental Property: If the kennel is located on rented property, the applicant shall obtain written consent from the recorded owners of the property. (Ord. 286, 7-6-2010)
