1-2-6: NOTICE OF ASSERTED INVALIDITY:
When the validity of any part of this code is drawn into question in any action to which the city is not a party, the party asserting the invalidity shall notify the city attorney of such contention as soon as practicable. (1982 Code § 1.419)
