A. Permitted Entry: The licensee shall permit any law enforcement officer or health officer or any other duly designated officer or employee of the city engaged in the performance of official duties with respect to the licensed activity to enter and inspect the licensed premises and to examine the books and records of the activity to which the license relates at any time during which the premises are open for business.
B. Refused Entry: A valid search warrant shall be obtained before conducting the inspection or examination if the licensee objects to the inspection or examination. Refusal to permit the inspection or examination is grounds for suspension or revocation of the license. (1982 Code § 7.127)
