11-1-11: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, on conviction thereof, to a fine as provided in the general penalty in subsection 1-4-1B of this code. (1982 Code § 9.322; amd. 2005 Code)
