10-4-8: BACK YARD FENCES:
   A.   Maximum Height: All fencing for the remainder of the yard in the area other than setback area will have a maximum height of seven feet (7') plus two inches (2") of clearance at the ground.
   B.   Materials: Fencing in this area may be chainlink, hog wire, and timber but no barbed wire fencing is to be used in the developed area.
   C.   Construction: All fencing shall be constructed so that the exterior or outer face of the fencing will face to the outside or away from the property being fenced. This means that the fence posts, bracing and similar material will be located on the inside or the owner's side of the fence. (Ord. 202, 12-1-1987)
