10-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given to them:
DEVELOPED AREA: Any residential platted development.
ENCLOSURE: Any structure of lumber, building blocks or similar materials, constructed at a value of less than the minimum for which a building permit is required, and intended to provide shelter.
FENCE: Any structure, lumber, building blocks, wire or similar materials placed in a fashion which is intended to impede free passage from the fenced area to the outside area or from the outside area into a fenced area. The fence may be on or near a property line. (Ord. 202, 12-1-1987)
