10-3-10: SANITARY AND WATER FACILITIES:

No person shall occupy a mobile home as a residence, or permit it to be so occupied on land owned by him, unless there is available during twenty four (24) hours of each day adequate sanitary and water facilities for the mobile home. (1982 Code § 9.631)
