A mobile home or recreational camping vehicle may be parked for up to twenty four (24) hours in an emergency or while in transit from, through, or into the city on the private property of the owner, on suitable and safe commercial or industrial property, or along any street or alley, subject to any laws, regulations or provisions of this code respecting parking or stopping along the street or alley.
