A. Permitted Parking: One mobile home or recreational camping vehicle may be parked in an accessory garage or in a rear yard on the residential premises of its owner.
B. Living Quarters: No living quarters shall be maintained in or any business conducted from the mobile home or recreational camping vehicle.
C. Visitors: In addition, one such unit may be parked and occupied by its owner for up to three (3) days while actually visiting the person occupying the residence. (1982 Code § 9.625)
