10-3-6: TEMPORARY RESIDENCE:
A mobile home may be occupied as a temporary residence by any person in the process of erecting or altering a permanent residence which will be occupied by the occupant of the mobile home, but only if placed upon the lot or parcel upon which the permanent residence is being constructed or altered and only for such time, not to exceed one year, as is reasonably necessary until the permanent residence is ready for occupancy.
