10-3-5: PERMANENT RESIDENCE:
No special permit in accord with a nonconforming use shall be issued by the city council, in accordance with the zoning ordinances of the city, for the placement of a mobile home on any lot that has been zoned in a residential or multiple dwelling district. However, notwithstanding the previous sentence, a special permit shall be issued for the placement of a mobile home within the following areas:
   A.   Block 64 of the original townsite of the city; and
   B.   Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of the Park Heights addition of the city. (Ord. 211, 9-4-1990)
