A. Permit Required: No person shall establish a mobile home park, recreational camping area or small recreational camping area within the city, or add to the number of sites in such a park or area, nor shall any person park a mobile home outside a mobile home park for temporary or permanent use as a residence, without obtaining a building permit to do so pursuant to chapter 2 of this title.
B. Mobile Home: In the case of a mobile home, the person shall give the name, date of birth, address and occupation of each occupant of the mobile home, and the length of time the mobile home will remain at the location at which it is to be parked.
C. Mobile Home Park; Recreational Camping Area: In the case of a mobile home park or recreational camping area, the applicant shall furnish a copy of the actual or proposed application for a state license.
D. Small Recreational Camping Area: In the case of a small recreational camping area, the applicant shall furnish the same information that would otherwise be required by an applicant for a recreational camping area. (1982 Code § 9.612)
