A. Meetings: The commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month and shall hold any other meetings necessary to the conduct of its business. (1982 Code § 2.455)
B. Rules: The commission shall adopt rules for its governance and for the transaction of its business. (1982 Code § 2.458)
C. Records: The commission shall keep a record of attendance at its meetings and of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, showing the vote of each member on each question requiring a vote, including whether the member was absent or abstained. The records of the commission shall be a public record. (1982 Code § 2.459)
