9-2-6: SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST:

This chapter and the rights and obligations conferred hereby, is binding on and inures to the benefit of the city and its successors and on the company and its successors and permitted assigns. This chapter and the franchise it confers may not be assigned by the company without the written consent of the city, said consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. (Ord. 298, 3-6-2012)
