8-1-7-1: PROHIBITED ACTS:

No person shall make any municipal utility service connection, fail to make any required connection, or use, damage or interfere with any municipal utility installation, contrary to the requirements of this title. Nor shall any person install or use any private sewage disposal facilities contrary to the requirements of this title. (1982 Code § 3.121)
